Experience
As an internationally experienced HR executive professional with qualifications in Engineering, HR and Lead Six Sigma Green Belt, I have successfully delivered HRBP and HR professional services for high profile businesses including Royal Jordanian Airlines and ‘du’. The areas in which I excel the most include organizational design, manpower planning and operational efficiency, and as such, I confidently believe I could become a highly valuable asset to your business.
As you will see from my CV I have over 15 years’ experience working in HR, developing policies and processes, controlling costs and incentivizing employees to ensure excellence in performance. Most recently, as a Director at ‘du’, my efforts have been focused on leading the Technology, Digital & IT workstreams, working extensively with C-Level colleagues to ensure alignment with strategic business aims and continued organizational effectiveness. Embedding continuous improvement within my practice, I update all HR handbooks, policies and procedures to make sure they reflect the latest regulations and best practices; when I worked as Manager: Outstations HR – International for RJ I did this on a global scale, maintaining knowledge of HR compliance across multiple countries internationally. I am also known throughout ‘du’ as a change agent and transformational project manager, with the successful delivery of multiple workforce optimization initiatives in my portfolio and a reputation for improving employee relations.
My key qualities include the inclusion of an evidence-based approach in all my work, to ensure a secure platform for success is established. I excel in training and development, designing effective programmes to upskill and develop individuals at all levels in the company, aligned with strategic aims. My projects consistently align with company cultures and values, with clear internal communications ensuring all staff are fully informed, engaged and on board with organizational development, restructuring and change.
