Managing Maximo implementation. Handling Scope, Plan,
WBS, Schedule, and Cost, delivery phases and milestones
• Define delivery phases of the project including activities, subactivities,
and milestones
• Preparing User Manual, Document Change, Gathering
requirements, analyzes business operations
• Installation in different environments with different Database
engine (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server) with different
methodologies (stand alone, multiple tiers, high availability).
• Install Maximo add-ons and Apply fixes/patches and Upgrade.
• Database Configuration, Data verification , loading and Data
Migration.
• Integration with different systems with different
methodologies (MIF, MEA, Database Level, Programed
Application process).
• Report Writing (Cognos, Actuate, Birt).
• Workflow design and implementation.
• Application Customization and Automation Script .
• Maximo Administration.
