20 + years of Information Manager – Document Manager Lead DC, technology has changed the document control process, working with hard and soft copies – and lately, access to the EDMS office and on-site construction of finalized documents, becoming paperless. The EDMS gives access to all final documents on PC and hand-held devices for managers and engineers on/offshore 

Responsible for the accurate information management of all project documentation generated by the project team, contact and meeting with vendors and contractors for required documentation to be correctly submitted to the project in a timely and correct manner that enables all relevant parties to retrieve all documents, ensuring all documents are safe and secure in the EDMS, and access to engineer’s managers for read review purposes 

Coordination with all organized departments and ensure all parties are following the required document procedures
