Experience

  • Plan and initiate systematic installation procedures of mechanical and electrical elevator components according to standard and layout drawing. 
  • Coordinate and support the project manager or project-in-charge personnel for the preparation of materials and documents needed.
  •  Conduct safety inspections on the jobsite to identify unsafe work practices and conditions to          provide the proper precautionary measure to prevent any accident.
  • Supervising and monitoring of ongoing installation, testing and commissioning activities to achieve the specified timeline and completion of the project. 
  • Mechanical and electrical wiring modification for modernization project for the adaptation of the old existing unit with the new system and technology. 
  • Give training to the elevator installer and service technician in proper installation of components and troubleshooting. 
  • Start-up, testing and commissioning of elevator units in the different product lines from low to high rise (Scalable Control, S5500, and S7000).
  • Conduct final inspection and adjustment of the elevator components as described under commissioning instructions and standards.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to provide an adequate solution to different problem that may occur.
  • Wiring layout and termination for network interconnection of each controller. 
  • Activation of special features of each elevator unit such as PORT Technology, Fire Operation, Earthquake Operation, Automatic Evacuation under power interruption, Multi-Media Display, Lobby Vision, RFID Card Restriction Floor Access, and CCTV wiring layout.
  • Preparation and interpretation of testing and commissioning results to provide a comprehensive report.

  • Electronics Engineering Board Exam Passer - March 2014
