My name is Yomna Hindy, I am the HR Manager at Modeso, a software house located in Egypt, working directly with Zurich Switzerland. I have been working for over 20 years now. The reason I joined HR was the challenge to change the perspective that HR personal are evil or harsh or heartless, I decided to prove that theory wrong. Human Resources personnel should help others shine, give them support and motivate them to grow and make a career. My biggest achievement is hearing others tell me that I changed the way they look at HR and that I gave them the support they needed and I was there for them when they needed help or advice.
