I am a highly motivated and progress-focused person with 1 year HR experience. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to the organization.

Most recently I worked as HR Assistant Manager at Neeyamo Enterprise Solution in India. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. I was managing the recruitment and selection process. Supported current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. I was responsible for developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

My relevant qualifications include my Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources and Masters of Science in Business Analytics.
