Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspect of Accounts
• Handling accounts up-to finalization
• Coordinating with Auditors(E&Y)
• Banking reconciliation of various bank accounts
• Liaison with bank for LC
• Arrangement of LC and LG
• Control of payables
• Processing of suppliers and subcontractors invoices
• Age analysis of Receivables and payables and follow up
• Reconciliation of parties like sundry debtors/creditors for periodical base
• Payroll incharge
• Preparation of Payroll/WPS FILE/SIF FILE and Benefits
• Prepare payroll, payroll journal entries, and complete reconciliation
• Responsible for reconciling all general ledger accounts.
• Maintaining employees book of accounts of provisions/accruels/advances
• Project wise cost updating
• Asset management
• Maintain  fixed assets register including depreciation, addition and        dispositions
• Maintaining book of accounts, preparation of journal vouchers, posting

Bank payment and receipt voucher.
