• Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost Estimations and budgeting.
• Establishing construction schedules.
• Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits.
• Managing on-site construction personnel.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.

• Leading regular site meetings with project teams, professional including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building.
• Carry out the Coordination of information & technical matters.on large project specifically assigned as project coordinator.
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitate regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site. 
• Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines & standards.
• Ensure that all the activities comply with quality and safety requirements.
