A graduate with BACHELOR OF CIVIL ENGINEER, More than 11+year’s professional experience in High rise buildings, Commercial & Residential Buildings. With Developers and Contractors as Project Engineer, Construction and Site Management. Supervising skills, Quality assurance and control expertise, planning, organizing and coordinating flair, technical problem solving ability.

Experience

  • Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost Estimations and budgeting.
  • Establishing construction schedules.
  • Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits.
  • Managing on-site construction personnel.
  • Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
  • Discuss Material Procurement schedule to meet program requirement to avoid delays. Proper calculations for materials requirement & Requisitioning materials.
  • Forecast labor & plant. Set Targets and Monitor Productivity/performance of labor & Sub Contractors.
  • Leading regular site meetings with project teams, professional including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building.
  • Carry out the Coordination of information & technical matters.on large project specifically assigned as project coordinator.
  • Maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitate regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site. 
  • Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines & standards.
  • Ensure that all the activities comply with quality and safety requirements.

Bachelor of  Engineering 

Civil Engineering (2007-2011)
