I have 16 years of experience in piping design & detail engineering of Brownfield & Green field. Having hands-on experience of 3D modeling in PDMS, 2D drafting in AutoCAD, fabrication drawing preparation, vendor drawing review and material take-off. And also able to create PDMS pipe specification & catalog creation, valve & instrument creation in PDMS paragon module and have the knowledge of PDMS admin project setup creation.

• Profound knowledge of P&ID’s & PFD’s, skilled in piping designing and drafting techniques, engineering drawings.
• Experienced in pipe designing of 2D & 3D plant design. Proficient with AutoCAD, Plant Design Management System (PDMS) and Navisworks Reviewer.
• Preparing & updating 3D Modelling of Piping layout & Equipment layout in PDMS.
• Preparing over all plot plan, piping layout & equipment layout & underground piping layout.
• Preparing piping drawings of pipe rack, piping plan, section and detailed drawings.
• Preparing Pipe Isometric drawing for fabrication and erection in PDMS & AutoCAD.
• Preparing for Piping supports & special support drawings by using stress analysis report in PDMS & AutoCAD.
• Preparing nozzle orientation, platform and ladder arrangement for equipment.
• Preparing for Bill of Materials, erection weld list, Tie-in list etc. 
• Checking piping isometrics as per P&ID and project specifications.
• Checking & Updating As-Built drawings as per the site markups.
• Review and comments on vendor drawings and specialty items.
• Knowledge on GRE Pipe Connection, Pipe components and fittings.
• Ability to understand technical manuals and procedures.
• Clash Checking for piping, equipment & Steel structure in PDMS. (Fouling & Interfacing with other Equipment’s).
• Ensure all the documents with respective checklist.
• Ability to direct the technical work of less experienced designers and drafters.
• Co-ordinating with inter discipline.
