Hamaseh Sorooshian

I am a dedicated attorney and current Associate at a boutique private law firm, where I manage a variety of clients with a focus on real estate law. I have hands-on experience negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and advocating for clients. I’m passionate about delivering practical, results-driven solutions. Outside of my legal work, I’m deeply interested in makeup, beauty, art, and painting, and I enjoy exploring creativity and self-expression through this space.

Experienced attorney with a strong background in real estate litigation, general litigation, and business law. Currently an Associate Attorney at Tierney Law Group, managing real estate matters including lease negotiations, evictions, and risk management. Former General Litigation Associate at Cooley LLP, handling complex commercial disputes, trade secrets, class actions, and immigration defense, including leading case teams and contributing to firm-wide presentations. Additional experience includes felony defense work, civil rights litigation, and judicial externship in bankruptcy court, with hands-on involvement in court proceedings, motion practice, client advocacy, and case strategy.

I earned my J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in May 2022, where I received the Dean’s Award and the Pro Bono Achievement Award and served on the Moot Court Board and the Women’s Law Society Board. I hold a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in biological and chemical sciences from Northeastern University.
