  • Advises the business on all aspects of IP such as brand and copyright clearance, brand protection and enforcement, IP aspects of new ventures, marketing campaigns and product launches


• Self-dependent with our clients’ instructions, I arrange enforcement action and file complaints directly with the relevant Law Enforcement Agency (LEA), liaise with the LEA to arrange suitable timings for the enforcement and notify supporting logistics companies to attend the raid site and handling of notarization and legalization of documents (cooperation with notary’s office, courts, DED, CID and public authorities)

• Daily telephone calls to clients/target companies/individuals; extracting information from individuals and proprietors covertly to not rouse interest in potential acquisitions of trademarks and domain names; Internet and database research. (Lexis Nexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Companies House, Factiva, Equifax, Experian.) Each investigation was conducted from a turnaround basis of 24hours to ten days. The reports were typed and sent on to clients, who would assess whether further action was required.

 

Due Diligence Analyst:

 

A highly skilled, meticulous, and dynamic professional with robust Business Intelligence experience with an excellent understanding of intelligence and research requirements. Proficient in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research. Possesses excellent report writing and analytical skills to provide reports and presentations with minimum direction. Extremely detail-oriented, resilient to pressure and exceptional ability to execute in fast-paced and demanding environments.
