    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Business Unit Manager. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed business goals, managing and motivating teams, overseeing financial, administrative, and budgetary activities, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the business unit. The Business Unit Manager will also be responsible for reporting to senior management and ensuring high-quality service to clients.

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in managing teams and developing business strategies
    • Expertise in financial and budgetary planning and analysis
    • Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency within the business unit.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
