I’m a Mechanical Engineer having 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry. I previously worked in steel manufacturing plant for 1 and a half years and currently working in plastic manufacturing industry for 2 and a half years. Gained experience and knowledge in improving manufacturing process and implementing quality standards. Designation: Quality Inspector. (Feb/2021 – Present)
 Execute incoming, in-process and finished goods inspection as per AQL. Verify job order and production plan.
 Conduct lab testing as per SOP and prepare detailed test plans, test cases and defect reports for managerial review and quality assurance purpose.
 Perform internal and external calibration of equipment as per the schedule and standard procedure.
 Prepare and update product and raw material specification.
 Raise production/purchase NCR for non-conformities. Handle non confirmed materials and conduct rework and disposal procedures.
 Attend machine trial for observation, analysis and approval. Conduct pre purchase sample analysis. Verify supplier documents and compare with our existing and requirements.
 Customer compliant handling: Analyze nature of deviation, investigate root cause, implement corrective and preventive action and co-ordinate for product recall if required.
 Maintain shelf life study to ensure durability of the product.
 Assure machine, materials, and production area are hygienic and free from contamination.
 Maintain proper documentation, filing and record keeping. Carry out SAP related activities and assist auditing activities.

 Supervise and manage production process with key focus on the optimal utilization of resources.
 Ensure proper work flow, productivity and quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
 Develop and monitor process improvements: Hourly chart preparation, Work instruction preparation.
