• Implement and configure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), including switches, routers, VLANs, Routing Protocols, VPN, SD-WAN, and Redundancies.
• Deploy and manage network security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control policies.
• Implement and configure servers, including virtualization and RAID storage systems.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and conduct ocular site surveys for accurate project planning and costing.
• Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting network connectivity, server performance, and security issues.
