My name is Hayam Chaklli, I’m 26 years old and originally from Syria. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have over three years of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, ADHD, and other related conditions. My work has focused on implementing individualized, evidence-based interventions to support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living. I’m passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, and I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and grow within the field of behavioral therapy.

I have over three years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), primarily supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and developmental delays. My role has focused on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. This includes teaching functional communication skills, improving daily living abilities, and reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies.

I am skilled in conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting and analyzing data to track progress, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and supervisors. I also support parents by offering guidance on behavior strategies to promote consistency across environments. Through this experience, I’ve developed strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I remain committed to helping each child reach their full potential.

I have a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology, completed in three years, and I also hold an ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) certificate. This education and certification have strengthened my understanding of behavior, child development, and intervention techniques, helping me apply effective strategies in my work as an ABA therapist.
