In addition to having a Bachelor degree in Education and over five years of experience, I 
currently work as an enthusiastic and hardworking (Islamic A- teacher) for Elementary stage at 
Bloom Education (Al Rayaheen Charter School).
Beyond my teaching experience and leadership skills, I believe my enthusiasm makes me 
a perfect fit to serve as a Leader Teacher. Having had a lifelong passion for leading and 
education, I am excited by the prospect of working alongside your staff and 
administrators to help more the teachers and the students grow and flourish. 
As teacher should be aware of her students' emotional, social, psychological, and physical 
development as well as their cognitive growth.
I strive to instill a love of learning and make learning exciting and interesting by engage pupils in 
more activities, promote the creativity by implementing the innovation time. In parallel with that 
I strive to involve students in the larger community. I have experience incorporating community 
service projects in my classroom. For example, I guided a unit for year4 on ECO club, we 
volunteered to plant at the school garden, electricity rationalization competition, and the project 
to preserve the desert environment. I would love to ensure that students will become aware of 
their indebtedness to society and the change that can bring to the world for the betterment of all, 
and this will play an ever-increasing role in the education and support the curriculum and social 
development of the students.
On parallel with teaching, I am ambitious to improve my leadership skills by developing 
self and others, promoting positive change in school environment and planning to take 
my teaching career to the next level.
