My Teaching Philosophy emphasis the following:

• Students should be made to understand, analyze and not remember.
• Students should be taught professionalism, like meeting deadlines, communication, dress code and many more.
• Students should always be facilitated by the teachers.   
• Teachers are always givers, be it education, forgiveness, more time and patience etc.

I am Dr. Heena Ghanshyam  Patoli, I have attached my CV for Faculty of Law and Management or as a Lawyer,  i am In Dubai , I am willing to relocate here if given an opportunity , requesting you to kindly consider my application for the post of faculty of Management and Law.  

 I am basically from Belgaum (Karnataka ) working in Chandigarh presently, India in Chandigarh University as Faculty of Law ( Professor) , PHD  in  Law from Pacific University, Udaipur, on the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and its impact on human rights, ( major in Criminology ) masters in Law, Amity University ( specialised in human Rights) and post graduate in management Indira Gandhi University (IGNOU ) ( specialised in human resource Management ) , was working in Amity University Mumbai as Assistant Professor in law and also coordinator of the Department  of Law from 2014 October and Maharishi University, Noida . Since 2010 I am in education industry, before that I was working in the corporate sector in UAE as Law officer of UAE Exchange in Abudhabi.
