new customers / retain existing customers ensuring maximum profitability for the company safeguarding
customer service intact.
• Monitor rate on the website or available online tool and forecast rate to avoid possible losses and ensure
maximum profit.
• Respect AML and KYC rules, policy and procedure to be in safe while changing currency with a customer
or sending a transaction to any other country ex: customers who are importing goods from companies
