Description • Reporting to Group Chief Financial Officer (Treet Group of Companies.)
• Managing Compliances of Monthly Payroll processing, Employees Income Tax Calculation for all locations /entity wise for payment with tax departments, Payment of EOBI Contribution, Payment of SESSI/PESSI Contribution, Leave Encashment, Payment of Bonus, Promotion and Special Increments, Full & Final Settlement of employees for all group locations as per company policy , Employees Advances and Loans Applications, and arrangement of all others queries related to Payroll, Managing compliances and queries to Govt. Departments of PESSI, EOBI, etc., as well as other safety /regulatory compliance matters and to ensure projects and sites are in compliance with law. Keeping liaison with management and lawyers for follow up of cases/hearing in connection to PESSI, EOBI, etc.
• Managing aspects related to Payment Advice System in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) keeping liaison till payments for all projects. Few ERP Responsibilities includes:-
• Group Level Employee Expenses Limits Module Management.
• Group Level Transportation Payable Module Management.
• Evaluation of both administrative and accounting controls and preparing reports in compliance with company standards and on problems which require strengthening of internal controls.

• Managing Group Insurances and employees compensations insurances [ pay continuation , funds , gratuity insurances etc ] for all entities of Treet Group.
• Managing aspects related to Insurances Renewals, Misc. Endorsements [ liason with bankers], looking after matters relating to Insurance Claims General  & Motor Insurance Policies {Plant & Machinery, Stocks, Machinery Break Downs, Fidelity ,Boiler Pressure Vessel,Marine,etc} of Treet Group of Companies {All Locations} keeping liaison with insurance company, surveyors & management till their settlement (s). Surprise and announced survey(s) on all location(s) to check and insure implementation of fire hydrants/extinguishers/risk minimizing factors even on Sunday and Gazzetted Holiday.

• Managing CAPEX / Fixed Assets Module for the whole group.


• Managing compliances [EEI & EIA] and queries related to Environment Protection Authority - Govt. Of Punjab for all GROUP locations / obtaining NOC from EPA to complete legal obligations.
