With over 18 years of progressive HR experience across Logistics, Shipping, Construction, and the Fitness industry, I bring strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR partnering.

Throughout my career, I have supported both operational and customer-focused environments, managing diverse workforces ranging from corporate teams to front-line staff. My experience includes workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling, while ensuring full compliance with Labour Law. I am CPD UK certified in UAE Labour & Immigration Law and have partnered with stakeholders across Dubai, the UK, Jordan, and India.

In fast-paced environments such as Construction, logistics and fitness operations, I have successfully streamlined hiring processes, strengthened HR governance, supported leadership in driving performance culture, and implemented structured policies and SOPs aligned with business growth objectives. Serving as Presiding Officer for the POSH Committee, I have also championed workplace ethics and compliance standards.
