  • Managing the day-to-day operations of Nabay, including Sellers, Category management, Customer service, and sales performance. Develop reports on product performance to identify opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with sellers to ensure competitive offers, flash deals and updated inventory to drive sales, liaise with Marketing for "Call to action" ads.
  • Build and manage Magento improvement task list and development roadmap in partnership with Technology Head, ensuring that seller Admin Panel, commercial tools etc. are fit for purpose.
  • Develop Nabays drop shipping program aligned with our key strategic categories to achieve revenue and profitability goals, and identify desired price points, gaps in assortments and opportunities, including using social selling as a channel.
  • Propose best-in-class site enhancements relating to operational functionality.
  • Liaise with stores to raise awareness and increase Nabay sale of marking assets.
  • Execute on end-to-end site experience to continuously seek out opportunities to make digital experiences friction-less for consumers and support evolving business objectives
  • Ensure that contingency plans are in place and documented, for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure that operational policies are implemented, monitored, and regularly reviewed.
  • Subject matter expert who maintains awareness of competitive benchmarks, best practices, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Strives for operational excellence to the satisfaction of sellers and end customers by constantly evaluating and identifying customer/seller experience improvements and proposing solutions.
  • Proactively participate in Ad-hoc cross functional tasks when required.
  • Maintain the task tracker weekly, ensuring that critical deliverables are completed on time.
