I am a Qualified professional with 20 years of Gulf experience in document management, project data control & administration in diverse roles across the organizational hierarchy. Possess distinguished professional career on different levels of Document Management & Administration in previous assignments at UAE & QATAR. Skilled in setting up data control & distribution system & schedule for assigned project based on Project Team requirements. Track record of success in evaluating documents & reports, received from various internal/external entities encompassing technical regulations, guides & general correspondences. Adept at working on Construction & Engineering documentation environment with ability to set up & operate Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) & document software like – ACONEX Management, UNIFIER (Primavera) & NEWFORMA. A resourceful Leader, performed administrative task on site and recognized for building Standard Document Control System, capable of managing a large team of document controllers & staff; creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members to deliver organizational objectives.

I have developed proficiency, in setting up Data Control and Management system and schedule for assigned project based on Client, Project Management & Contractor’s requirements; evaluating documents and reports received from various internal/external entities encompassing technical regulations, guides & general correspondences. 

Currently I hold a Senior Document Controller & Aconex Administrator position with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) LLC at Dubai with valid UAE residence Visa (Transferable) and immediately available/start to take-up new assignment in a new company. 

In my last assignment, I was associated as a Senior Document Controller & Aconex Organization Admin with Design Steel (Qatar) for almost 2 years.  There I was involved to set-up Document Management Plan for Aconex, NEWFORMA & Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), managed document control work on 13 different projects (major projects were: Metro Green Line, Red Line & Gold Line) & trained document controllers accordingly as per project’s requirement.

I also worked with ALEC Dubai & Qatar for more than 12 years and gained professional experience of Document Management, Aconex Management & Administration on different levels in my career. 

Worked on 11 projects in ALEC, major projects were:

Abu Dhabi             :  Abu Dhabi Airport Terminal 1A & 2, 7 Star Hotels & Resorts, Exhibition Centre, Beach Villas & Water Parks

Dubai                      :  High Rise Tower like Dubai Marina

Qatar                      :  New Doha International Airport (NDIA) & Qatar Rail's Metro

I have completed my MBA - Master of Business Administration in Project Management.  I am a certified Lead Auditor in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 (IRCA Certification). I have completed my System Management course in Computer Software Applications from Aptech Computer Education
