I’m Jabir Zubair, an Indian citizen born and raised in Sharjah, UAE. I have over 5 years and eight months of experience as a Facility Management Executive and Portfolio Manager in the real estate sector. My expertise includes leasing, property operations, and client relations for both residential and commercial units. Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Malayalam, I’ve built strong networks with clients and investors across Sharjah and Dubai. I’m now seeking new opportunities to contribute my skills and industry knowledge.

My responsibilities included managing leasing operations for both residential and commercial properties, overseeing day-to-day property operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and enhancing portfolio performance. Over the years, I have built a solid network of clients, brokers, and investors across Sharjah and Dubai, enabling me to contribute strategically to real estate transactions and investment opportunities.

I hold a B.S Hons. degree from Madonna University. Additionally, I have completed a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the City of London College.
