Jaidaa Eissa

I am a dedicated BSc Psychology graduate from the University of Sheffield in the UK with several years of experience in mentoring and leadership roles. I am passionate about supporting mental health and fostering personal development, which has driven me to mentor 60+ children, guide first-year students moving to the UK throughout my university journey and personally assist autistic and ADHD kids with their daily lives. I excel in leadership, communication, and organisational tasks, and have a strong grasp of psychometric assessments and clinical interview techniques. Public speaking, data collection, and IT applications, including SPSS and Microsoft software, are among my key strengths. I am committed to cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence, which allows me to work effectively with diverse groups

I have a solid background in psychology, with experience in mentoring, personal assistance, and training management. I’ve mentored 60 children, focusing on their developmental growth, and supported autistic and ADHD kids as a personal assistant. I’ve also served as a Training Manager, where I managed customer service and trained staff to maintain high standards. My professional experience is further enriched by my volunteer work as a student mentor and my leadership roles in the Egyptian Society at the University of Sheffield. Through these roles, I’ve demonstrated my commitment to both personal and professional development.

I earned my BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, where I gained a strong foundation in various psychological disciplines, including neuroscience, clinical psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology, and developmental psychology. My education also included specialised courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), addiction, eating health, and occupational psychology, all of which are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). This academic background alongside my work and volunteering experiences equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in both educational and clinical settings.
