I have been working remotely for a company in UK which provide sea import services to their customer inside and outside UK.My services lies under the operations department, where we get the documents from the customer before the vessel arrives, then I need to chase my PEACH and custom teams to clear those documents and I personally arrange haulage in advance to accomodate the shipment.I do personally take care of everything including the customer and the delivery of their product until it is at their site.
