With a PhD in Counselling Psychology, a Master’s in Addiction Psychology, and a proven track record as an in-house psychologist across the advertising, energy, finance, and retail sectors, I bring both clinical expertise and corporate experience to enhancing workforce well-being. I also have my DHA Health License approved and eligibility letter.
In my career, I have supported employees and leaders facing challenges such as suicide and bereavement, addiction, bullying, relocation stress, financial strain, ADHD, and complex mental health needs. I have also delivered coaching on confidence, public speaking, diversity, and inclusion, enabling professionals to thrive in demanding global environments.
