As a Network Operations Engineer, we respond to customer troubles, ensures that they are resolved quickly and efficiently. We also take proactive steps to improve our processes, coach team members, and help our customers understand the benefits of our many automation tools. Our role is to ensure we’re able to exceed customer expectations and keep improving everyday. We handle customer issues based on the assigned tickets, enlisting other repair organizations or escalating when necessary to resolve the problems.

We keep on documenting and tracking issues and keeping the customs updated regarding the status of their issues. We provide end to end trouble isolation and repair for managed customer network services. Perform NOC procedure over proactive network monitoring and reactive customer incident report towards resolution. • Responsible for maintaining uptime and quality of the network by undertaking periodic preventive maintenance activities
• Ensures effective fault management in case of fault occurrence and periodically carry out upgrade, capacity augmentation activities as per transmission plan with no/minimal disruption of services.

• Attend to customer’s complaint on circuit outages by isolating the circuit, troubleshooting faults, implement corrections Identify, categorize and respond to networks problems and act as primary contact for troubleshooting problems, identifying cause and developing innovative solutions to prevent future recurrences 
• Provide level 3/4 support in troubleshooting of network outages and clients’ circuit concerns and follows standard escalation procedure to concerned Technical Services group for proper handling
