With over two decades of experience in education, including roles as a teacher,Coordinator of secondary education, educational expert, and school principal, I am confident that I possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this position.

My passion for education and commitment to ensuring the success of both students and staff members has been a driving force throughout my career. As a result, I have consistently been recognized for my leadership skills, earning certificates of honor and letters of thanks for my efforts in developing schools and performing a range of roles. Additionally, my academic qualifications, including a PhD in Religious Law/Islam Education, MA Curricula and teaching Islam Education have provided me with a strong foundation in curriculum development and educational theory.

My experience in both the public and private sectors in Jordan and UAE has given me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities that come with different types of educational institutions. As an educational coordinator and educational, I was responsible for developing and implementing curricula for a diverse student body. Later, as the principal of a private school in Abu Dhabi, I worked closely with staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment for students from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

In addition to my practical experience, I have also published research in the field of education. My doctoral thesis focused on evaluating the tenth-grade Shar'i curriculum in Jordan, and I have also written about the role of school principals in developing creativity among teachers.
