I am an experienced support engineer with a demonstrated history of customer support service in IT industry, handling customer inquiries related to the software, hardware, networking and other business-related operations over more than four years while managing multiple priorities excellently in stressful environments. Furthermore, I have experience in administrative assistant for over more than two years.

Utilizing organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills to generate top results and performance levels, I have provided the best customer service for both local and foreign clients over these years. I am proficient in Microsoft SQL, Azure cloud services and security, software and hardware installing and troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, Office 365, and working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
