• Represents the finance department on the monthly department heads meeting with the general manager.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings.
• Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.
• Verify calculation and distribution of wages and salaries.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
• Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting and if any imbalance or difference resolving the same.
• Review the postings, payments and revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
• Review the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Ageing reports on a daily basis and follow up on same.
• Review invoices into accounts payable system by verifying a purchase order from department head and obtaining General Manager's approval.
• Approving creditor’s payment as per terms, conditions and available fund.
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow and ensure cash flow effectively.
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units.
• Maintains files of all Licenses, Registrations, contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, payroll, and renewal of licenses in time.
• Performing numerical analysis of data and formulating conclusions and/or solutions.
• Approving all Travel Agent commissions and releasing payments after verification.
• Review the financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.
• Monitors and contains all property inventories to ensure proper levels without causing burdens on property cash flows.

Prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit.
