• Maintain orderliness and upkeep of supervised work area.
• Estimate quantity of materials needed for request and prepare Request Validation Form (RVF) and Purchase Requisition Slip (PRS)
• Concrete Pouring Quantity Estimation and Request for approval of Rebar Cutting List
• Monitor availability of equipment prior to Concrete Pouring
• Site supervision of structural, masonry and finishing works
• Ensure materials inventory, wastage and scraps are kept within acceptable or minimum level.
• Inspection and Punchlisting of Installed Rebars in accordance to the approved rebar cutting list
• Ensure rebar and CHB delivered are tested every delivery and ensure conformance to specification prior to installation.
• Review plans and drawings and coordinate with the Design and Engineering for any conflicts detected to ensure correct implementation and avoid design conflicts.
• Propose alternative solution or methodology through Request for Approval (RFA) and manage clarification and changes of plan in case of conflicts through Request for Information (RFI)
• Develop ideas especially when there is conflict of plan vs. actual implementation
