Jozef Markus Fourie

Results-driven, passionate, and detail-oriented educator and sports professional having years of demonstrated and exceptional experience and success in the social, mental, and academic growth and development of individuals within the medical, health and sports field. Working with growing minds in these various fields jointly strengthened my desire to  increase my teaching prowess, bringing fulfilment to my vocation as an empowering educator.  Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with athletes, students, staff, and parents with the talent to develop inspiring hands-on programs and lessons that will capture an individual’s imagination and breed success. Work format of building structure while remaining flexible. Possesses a strong interest, qualification, and in-depth understanding of innovative classroom instruction processes and proficient facilitation of both rehabilitation programs and curriculum implementation, combined with delivering on objectives through analytical skills and creative thinking.

Between 2016 up until now, I went from Biokineticist and guest lecturer at a University, teaching post graduate students  in Sport Science, to an educator teaching EFL for students ages 3-16, PE teacher teaching grades 7-12, and Anatomy & Physiology curriculum creator and teacher, teaching grades 11-12.

I have a honors degree in Human Movement Science, finished in 2010; PGCE finished in 2018; and currently busy with a new bachelors degree with majors in Geography and History,  and Minor in Biology.
