Highly experienced, intelligent and self motivated Senior Legal Officer and Senior Lecturer with more than 5 years of experience in fast-paced legal firms, Export Industry and Construction and Engineering Industry. I have worked in a variety of legal roles, including as a Senior Legal officer, a legal secretary, a legal advisor, a legal researcher and a law lecturer. In each of these positions, I have been responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documents, consultation and negotiation with clients. I have also worked extensively with the court system, and I am familiar with the procedures and protocols involved in legal proceedings.

Most recently, I was a Senior Legal Officer cum Legal Secretary at the Chamber of Senior Attorney at Law, Sripathi S Dias. In this role I was responsible for providing legal support across the business/ to individual clients such as critical legal advice, negotiation/ transaction support for acquisitions & divestitures and claims, dispute resolutions, end to end contract management, drafting, communication skills, risk management, customer due diligence, compliance investigation & legal research and creating effective legal strategies & representing the clients in court trials & arbitration hearings. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate decision-making and leadership skills.
