I am an experienced strategy advisor with 29+ years overall local and international professional experience of which 20+ years spans across the Electric Utility business mainly in the government and privatized utility sectors.

As my CV demonstrates, I am experienced in developing strategies and policies for government entities for the last 10 years, delivering large complex business digital transformation programs especially in the domain of Electric Distribution Sector especially Advanced Meter Infrastructure commissioning, KPI performance baseline and improvement, driving innovation and the technology roadmap for maintaining industry dominance. I am also a specialist in the implementation of country wide scale projects. My specialist expertise in the improvement of organization bottom line and enhancing the top line by increasing digital revenue channels, and decreasing fraud and unbilled energy. I am also adept at setting up enterprise standards and architect guidelines around processes, system, data and integration.

I have in my career served as a Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Energy & Water in Lebanon as part of the World Bank Program, as a technology consultant with Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority and as a Power Technical Specialist at Electricity of Zahleh (Privately owned and managed Electricity Distribution concession).
