About Karl Lewcock:

A motivated and ambitious Senior Recruiter/Team Lead who is a self-starter both independently and within a team. I am a goalorientated, hardworking individual who has a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork. I have experience working with stakeholders of all levels at large enterprise firms as well as small startups. I thoroughly enjoy helping to get the best out of people and have experience mentoring both Junior and Senior Recruiters. My client database spreads across various industries such as, IT Consultancy, Software firm, MSP’s, Legal and Security which I catered to both contract and permanent requisitions

Experience

I am a Recruitment Manager who has looked after a team of 5 s well as recruited myself for the last 8 years. I worked my way from a Junior up to a Team Lead and I am now looking for a new role in Dubai.

I worked at Lynx Recruitment from 2016-2022 and started my own business in January of this year. I moved to Dubai in Febuary and I am looking for a new role in recruitment.

Education

I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Plymouth.
