Karla Maalihan

I'm an enthusiastic associate electrical engineer with a total of 2.5 years of work experience in the Philippines. I am currently residing at Sharjah, UAE. My recent job was being a Conformance Analyst at SGS Gulf Ltd in the Philippines for about 1.5 years. I am fully motivated in career development and knowledge enhancement in the electrical engineering field. I am creative-minded and detail-oriented individual with the ability to adhere to established procedures and thrive to grow in the electrical engineering profession.

I’m an electrical engineer and graduated in 2020. I am interested in applying for your job listing, and I’m currently residing in Sharjah, UAE. I graduated from Batangas State University in the Philippines and took up a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a major in machine automation and process control.

For my work experience, I worked at SGS Gulf Ltd. as a Conformance Analyst for 1.5 years, and my main duty was ensuring correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Certification Center. In addition, to verify correctness and registration of Specifications and Datasheets for HV/LV Switchgears, Transformers. I also worked at Communities Batangas as an associate electrical engineer, where my main responsibility was to perform engineering and design of electrical distribution systems for new proposed design houses. Under the supervision of our Electrical Supervisor, we also design the electrical works and lighting for the newly proposed designed houses. 

I was also able to pass the board examination while working. At the same time, I obtain my Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician licenses.
