• Executing Quality System & Procedure for all mechanical works i.e. mechanical piping
• Chalking out work procedures in line with client’s requirements and industry codes
• Carrying out periodic inspection as required by inspection and test plan
• Preparing QC documents and issuing inspection request
• Conduct all required tests in accordance with contract documents and to prepare fill in & sign all reports & forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality Standards
• Planning / organizing and checking of work progress & schedules to meet the deadlines/target dates & implementing QA/QC plans.
• Identifying & issuing of Non-conformity as observed during working.
• Supervising & coordinating with work force in executing job to completion on time as per work plan & with safety precautions/procedures.
• Conducting through stage-wise inspection as per procedures / codes as well as alignment & assembly of equipment at site during installation.
• Conducting inspection of:
• Material Received, Joint Fit-Up, In-process & final inspection of fit-up dimensional
• Piping System Installation, Skids Pipe Lines, Valves through Pneumatic & Hydro Testing with Pressure Recorder
• Alignment on pipe spools during fabrication & erection
• Field Quality Control in accordance with ISO drawings and design specifications
• Performing line checking & punch listing for test packages, Commissioning for test packages.
• Closely examining non-destructive examination (i.e. Dye Penetrant Test, Magnetic Particle Test, etc.)
• Effectuating installation checks, pipe support, installation of valves and verification of flow direction of check valves/globe valves
• Assessing hydrostatic test of New Pipeline System & Spools, Cleaning & Flushing Pipes Verification and Identification of Pipe Spools, Valves and Other Equipment using WPS, Procedures & codes.
• Ensuring that all pertinent Inspection QC Records are in order for final hand-over to the client
• Maintaining the quality records during inspection for submission to the Quality Documentation Officer.
• Preparation of QA/QC Dossier
