August 2018 - June 2020 Digital14 LLC, AbuDhabi as Mobile Service Specialist: Key Result Areas: • Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing and providing technical support for KATIM Devices. • Perform flashing for the Katim devices with customized software and the results are documented. • Testing the devices with test code, before and after installing the software. • Responsible to meet production target’s like KPI, TAT and maintain less bounce rate. • As a part of the service process, working closely with the Vendor, preparing required technical materials (Standard Operating Procedure, service &troubleshooting guides etc.). • Providing day to day technical support to the customers with any technical queries and escalations (through email and phone). • Maintain quality repair and low TAT for repair for our Customer’s satisfaction. • Update and improve our repair facilities for a good and work friendly environment. • Responsible to ensure and maintain the repair equipment’s quality. • Preparing and maintaining PC required for flashing the devices.

Completed Diploma in Electronics and communication Engineering..
