Project Executed - NASR Full Field Development EPC packages III (Project 181401) Das Island

• The project comprises engineering, procurement and construction of modules, fabrication, transportation, construction and commissioning of island surface facilities (EPC-1 & EPC- 3) on DAS Island. Specifically, this will include new steam boiler with deration packages, crude oil process facilities, water injection and gas lift, oil export pumps, power generation and associated utilities.
• Umm shaif process plant production facilities comprising removal of existing and installation of new upgraded internals for 14 separator and Internal lining of painting. Replacement of sour charge heaters, product pumps, Installation of additional charge pump.
• Umm shaif process plant production facilities comprising removal of existing Flare US 3A & US 4 and new Flare stack Installation and Associated piping 
• Umm shaif process plant production facilities comprising removal of existing Pumps, Heat Exchanger Stripper 100,200,300 & 400 and installation of new system and associated piping and testing, commissioning ,reviewing the sign off documents .

• Project Overview The project comprises engineering, procurement and construction of modules, fabrication, transportation, construction and commissioning of island surface facilities (Bu haseer Full field development) on for DAS Island and Offshore Installation. Specifically, this will include Main oil line, Pig receiver, associated structure Erection, Crude oil process facilities and associated utilities.
• Main oil line 12’’ MOL pipeline (1.5 Km) along with valve pit at onshore and pig receiver and Tie-in interface with offshore MOL Line. 
• Offshore Top Side Installation For Bu-Haseer Project BH-WHT-1 @ Barge HLS-2000

Project Executed - NASR Full Field Development EPC packages I (Project 3291) Offshore

• Top Side Installation for 7 no’s of new Wellhead Towers (WHTs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9)

Roles Responsibilities:

Welding/NDT

• Reviewing the PQRs, WPS, ITPs Project specifications and preparation of WPS, PQR and Qualifying welders as per relevant codes and specifications.
• Review of RT film and interpretation as per ASME Section IX, ASME Sec VIII Division I, ASME B 31.3, API 1104, AWS-D1.1, etc.,
• Witness Welder Qualification tests in association with the client. Conducting Weld Audit periodically to ensure the quality of the welding activity, Maintaining records of all welders and ensures their qualification continuity. Continuously monitoring the performance of the welders.
• Witnessing of activities like PQR, Welder’s qualification Tests, Mechanical testing and preparation of PQR records and WQT certificates.
• Compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing till for a retention period contractually agreed.
• Notify the non-conformance identified during inspections and recommending corrective measures to site supervisors through QA Engineer.
• Implementation/verification of ISO quality management system.

Vendor inspection for various clients

Vendor inspection was done for various projects/Clients for the inspection of Pressure vessels, Piping, Pipelines, Structure, Valves, Raw materials like plates, pipes, fittings, etc.

• Check that material and equipment conforms to size, type, quantity and configurations specified in the purchase order documents and detail drawings.
• Qualification of welding procedures (WPS / PQR)
• Monitoring of welding parameters and post weld Heat treatment
• Visual inspection of fit-up, welds to ensure defect free welds
• Witness mechanical tests related to PQR at laboratories
• Witness hydrostatic tests of pipe spools and pressure vessels
• Review and endorse final QA/QC records data book
• Witnessing lab testing mechanical & chemical for Pipes & fittings as per the standards.
• Review lab reports as per standards as well as approved client ITP.

GRP, GRE & GRV Inspection Experience

• Inspection of Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) pipes, Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes and Glass Reinforced Vinyl ester (GRV) Pipes & Fittings at Manufacturer Factories (Future Pipe Industries, Elmaar Marinas LLC) Field fitting, Lamination & Hydrostatic Testing for various clients.
• Review the Raw material test reports for resin (Isophthalic, Epoxy & Vinyl ester), Glass Roving, Glass Chopped Strand Mat, Woven Roving.
• Witness the Qualification Test & Batch Test such as Visual & Dimensional Check, Curing Barcol Hardness, Loss on Ignition (Glass Content), Consistency (Glass/Resin Ratio), Axial Tensile Strength, Hoop Tensile Strength (Split Disc), Hydrostatic Pressure Test, Impact Resistance, Initial Specific Ring Stiffness as per BS EN, ISO, AWWA & ASTM Std.

HDPE Inspection Experience

• Visual Inspection of HDPE Pipes and Fittings.
