Building Construction with over 13 years of experience in high-rise buildings. Worked in construction of Warehouses, Labor Accommodation, Gas Storage Tank, Fire Water Deluge System. Worked in construction of, G+8 storied, Hostel Block from excavation till handing over. Worked in installation of Car parking, Swimming Pool shades. Ensure implementation of all Site Activities as per Client requirements within Schedule. Verify correct materials are utilized for the works carried out. In process and Final Inspection of all civil jobs carried out at site/yard in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector. Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet client requirements and as per specification. Advice Service Contract personnel in taking appropriate corrective & preventive action. Conducting various training program for the foreman, workmen in order to provide the knowledge of the work activity as per the project requirement to get the good quality at site. Well adept in managing activities encompassing execution, planning & coordination, scheduling and costing of projects right from contractual to handing over stage. Proper implementations of safety practices in high-rise construction, targeting total safe man- hours till project completion
