cosmetics.

products and Cosmetics). 
• Microbiological analysis of Food samples parameters- Total Plate count,
Coliforms, Yeast & Mould, Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, Vibrio
cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus cereus,
Listeria monocytogens, Pseudomonos, Lactobacillus. 
• Food testing Reveal kit method- E.coli o157 and listeria sp.

• Cosmetics tastings- TBC, Yeast & Mould, Candida albicans,
Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 
• Food products (Dairy food, Non dairy food, Sea food, Non sea food and
Raw food materials) especially Milk, Cream, Cereals, Meat, Fish, Egg, Nuts,
Honey, Mustard, Fruits and Vegetables, Beverages, Juice, Sauce, Sesame
seeds, Ready to eat. 
• Water testing, Waste usual water bacterial contamination. Performing swab
tests in personal, machine, equipment and other contact surfaces and MPN
Methods. 
• Manage the overall functioning of the laboratory Attend to internal and
external audits. Supervise the sample analysis on Microbiological
parameters. 
• Monitoring indoor Air quality by using passive and active sampling methods. 
• Accelerated Real time and Shelf Life study and analysis of ambient
food and frozen food products. 
• Preparing reports and presenting results. Responsible for investigating the
unusual / unacceptable results. 
• Collation and analysis of results highlighting any areas of non-compliance
with product specifications. 
• Maintaining and review documentation such as SOP’s and test formats etc.
Maintaining good laboratory practices, Lab equipment performance and
calibration. 
• Participating and successfully completed proficiency Test- LGC and FEPAS
other Inter Laboratory tests and External Laboratory test.
