• Providing legal advisory services, drafting legal documents, and review and approval of operations to ensure its adherence with local law requirements and compliance with domestic policies.
• Providing advice in respect of legal and regulatory matters mainly relating to the Corporate Banking and Commercial Companies.
• Transactional and Regulatory advice and support. Providing legal opinions and recommendations.
