Having 10 years of indispensable experience within the Community Management and Facilities Management with licensed AMS (Association Management Specialist), CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), CIWFM (Certified of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management), NEBOSH IGC, M-100 (The Essentials of Community Association Management), M-201 (Facilities Management), M-202 (Association Communications) and IOSH – Managing Safely Certification, I have developed strong expertise in the areas of Project and Safety Management, cost-reduction strategies, energy saving solutions, Client-Consultant Relationship Management, Technical Operations and Management, efficient and accurate governance of community and local government organizations.

I am a Graduate in Civil Engineering with Master Diploma Certificate in Building Design and Certification in HVAC Design and Daylighting and Thermal comfort Optimization which covers up all the professional training software such as Project Planning and management, Primavera, Estimation and Building costing, AutoCAD, Revit architecture & MEP, Psychometry, Openstudio and Design Builder Result Viewer which is a valuable addition to my career.

Currently assigned as a Community Manager for M/s. Kingfield Owner Association Management, Dubai. Expert in Complete Building Systems, Community management ethics, Asset Operation, Facilities Management (Hard Services and Soft services) at Various Commercial and Residential Towers, which includes guiding a team of complete Facility management (FM engineers and on site team) and regularly inspecting sites to maintain the required safety systems and inspecting progressive work and planned work according to P.P.M ,actively participating in budget planning, funding reserves, tendering and finding the best contractors to ensure the safety and quality process is attained in the making(trained permit to work issuer). Possess established understanding of all RERA and other government laws and legal regulations.
