Linda Joseph

Let me give a short introduction about Myself. Linda Joseph is my name and working as Head of the Math Department in an American School Fujairah since May 2018. Considering the professionalism and work ethics maintained by the your group that I have been looking for, I decided to apply for the position of Senior Leadership in your institute. During my tenure here, I have succeeded in raising standards of teaching and learning across school and instrumental in  the High Growth and increase attainment of students. I truly delight in being able to mould and guide students and teachers in the right direction

You can have full faith in the ability and potential I possess. Given my 20 years of  prior outstanding experience in senior school (O Level and A Level), as well as Middle leader, I believe I would be able to guide both teachers and students towards performing to the best of their abilities. Without doubt I find myself best suited for the role because of the passion for teaching and learning. Ability to inspire department members creating a vision, sense of purpose and pride in the department and leading by example. Data driven and outcome focused goal setting strategies and work together as a team to achieve. Enthusiasm to work and commitment and dedication has always been my motto. Skill to learn and improve and share knowledge for the use of development of any area of the school 

If given a chance I am confident my potential can be fully stretched to make great transformations with the support of the Senior Leaders and show a real impact in the developing community 

                   Managed inventory and receiving operations to maintain optimal stock levels and meet expected       demands.  Communicated with managers of other departments to maintain transparency.  Advise and assist the HR team on matters of staffing requirements, including recruitment and selection, and allocation to classes, teaching spaces.  Kept employee workloads fair and balanced to achieve objectives while maintaining high job satisfaction. Worked actively with management team to create short term and long    term goals based on assessment data.  Developed and maintained courteous and effective working  relationships. Improved operations through consistent hard work and dedication. Participate in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.      Encourage team-building activities to enhance working relationships.  Actively listen to team members,  handle concerns quickly and escalate major issues to supervisor.  Communicating constantly to convey information with the team guiding them to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as manage them as   .a group
