My name is Mohamed Riswan, completed a BE mechanical Engineering in 2015. And Have a wide Experience in Mechanical Inspector Engineering in construction field.                                                

As a Consultant Key Responsibilities: 

• Study and Review of Mechanical tender drawings, IFC Drawings, technical specifications, BOQ and shop drawings. 

• Review shop drawings, material submittal, calculations and technical offers and studies.

•  Replying RFI’s as per Contract Documents, Project Specifications, Authority Requirements, and technical studies

• Reviewing and processing all mechanical technical submittals and Studies

• Coordinate & participates in project discussions with All other departments.

• Attend weekly Project review meetings and report on mechanical work. 

• Follows-up with the requirements from Authorities departments for implementation. 

• Monitoring the mechanical works for conformance with the contract documents. 

• Follow All Authority requirements (ADCD, ADDC, ADNOC GAS, DOT, TABREED, PAL, Abu Dhabi Municipality as per Project coordination and follow-up

• Reviewing contractor’s mechanical change order proposals and preparing recommendations. • Answering RFI’s related to discipline. 

• Assisting with the inspection of monitoring the start-up, quality of work Installation as per Standard, testing and commissioning. 

• Perform all other duties given by Project Managers and MEP managers

  Detecting the issues and investigating the way to Resolve them

  Compiling and presenting information officially and Preparing NCR’s, SOR’s, Snag Lists
