A highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has completed her A-Levels, in Psychology, Business & Economics. Currently in the final year of pursuing a Bachelor in Management of Information Systems [MIS], and looking for a part-time job as a next step forward, in order to gain valuable experience, and new skills and further enhance my knowledge. 

November 2016 – January 2020     Sea Cruise Check-In Coordinator, Check-In Lead Pier, Passport Distributor & Segregator. Dnata, Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

• Check-in departing passengers for Royal Caribbean Cruise Liners & Azamara Cruise Liners at Dubai Cruise Terminal [Port Rashid].
• Check-In departing passengers for Celebrity Cruise Liners at the Cruise Terminal in port ‘Mina Zayed’ in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
• Responsible for collecting documents and payments from passengers.

• To assist with check-in issues and over-ride any hard stops for other check-in agents
• Interact with the departing guests
• Collecting passports
• Checking  & collecting visas
• Collecting travel documents & health questionnaires.
• Registering  the guest's payment details
• Guiding the guests on the cruise
• Double-checking if the guests are fit enough to travel. (yellow fever cards)
• Take security photos of the guests being checked-in
• Segregate collected passports, visas, and other documents and hand them to the ship

April 2019 – Exhibitionist and communication coordinator at a private diamond viewing and auction, Star Gems. JLT, Dubai, U.A.E. 

• Communicate with the various clients/guests attending the auction, making sure they settle in comfortably.
• Providing clients with any requested material/equipment they would need to evaluate a diamond lot. 
• Communicate between the client and the managerial team, what diamond lots are requested, and receive and confirm the lot before providing it to the client.
• Keep guard of the diamonds and keep track of all the diamond lots present in the room at any given time.
• Make sure that all diamond lots are safely returned back to the main room and the managers are made aware.
• Managing multiple clients with differing requests
