Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set through various gaming, logistics, and retail roles. Most recently, I meticulously localized and culturized eight free-to-play games, a social application, and a lifestyle mobile app while leading content creation initiatives and conducting competitor analyses to enhance UX/UI for the MENA market. Prior to this, I managed key account relationships in the logistics sector, coordinating global import-export activities, developing client acquisition strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while staying abreast of industry developments. My career began in retail, where I engaged with customers, provided product information, processed sales transactions, managed inventory levels, and ensured customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.

I pursued a degree in English Language and Translation in Amman, Jordan, where I honed my linguistic skills and gained a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication. Complementing my formal education, I took specialized courses in writing to enhance my proficiency in content creation and effective communication. Currently, I am expanding my expertise by studying Google Digital Marketing, equipping myself with the latest strategies and tools to excel in the digital marketing landscape.
