I am Maher Fekri with more than 15 years of work experience in fit-out, interiors, exteriors & decorating field. 
as a dynamic professional i have worked on several projects levels as well as contractor and have in depth knowledge of project development, right from design stage till commissioning stage. 
i am well versed with finishing procedures & methodologies of these sectors and worked on recognized project management software’s as a tool to implement the fit-out process.
presently i am working as a fit-out Project Manager

my job profile includes planning, estimating, scheduling, coordination and controlling the project development right from inception till completion. 
on an academic front i have completed two bachelor's
degrees. 
am a Civil Engineer with post graduation in civil engineering materials from Daltown University, USA, &
bachelor of Commerce from Zagazig University, EGYPT.

* Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects.
* Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors,and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource
* Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
* Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
