I am Interested for the position of Project Manager Interior Fit out, which relates strongly to my more than 17 years’ rich experience in the areas of Interior Designing & Project Management, Resource Planning, MEP, Civil, Architectural Works Coordination, Quality Control, besides others.       

Currently Working as HOD Design and Development (Interior Designing and Services) with Group One Architecture and Interior Solution (India), I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position.

• Spearheaded the entire gamut of Project Management from stage of inception till launch, involving planning, execution, monitoring, control, capital expenditure management, waste reductions, cost control & safety
• Showcased excellence in preparing designs Concept and controlling resources to ensure execution of projects across commercial and restaurant space within time and budgeted parameters in.
• Rich experience in formulating interior designs, acoustic & illumination and other constructional details.
• Achievement – Complete 3lakh Safe man hours in Pfizer project (first time In India), Complete 3 Hard Rock Café in India, Best design for 4star premium suite in HOSTS exhibition.

I am Mandar Shere, I have completed my Diploma in Interior Designing from Garware Institute of Career Education and Development, Mumbai University, India, in 2007. I have started my career in 2005 as interior designer and now I am working as Head of Department Design and Development, I have more than 17 years’ rich experience in the areas of Interior Designing & Project Management, Resource Planning, MEP, Civil, Architectural Works Coordination, Quality Control, besides others.

I am always try to use right material for right cause with a right application which gives an aesthetic look at the end of projects.

I am always focus on quality, quantity of required material and budget for the same.

I am always working with two activity plans so that it will be easy to achieve the target.
