.  To prepare rough sketches for the clients and architects.

.  Layout and plan interior room arrangements for the commercial buildings, using

Computer assisted drafting equipment’s and software’s.

.  Supervise, coordinate and inspect the work of other draftspersons.

.  Represent architects on the construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design

.  Specifications and advising on design correction, under architect's supervision.

.  Prepare final and full detailed architectural drawings for submitting in municipality.

.  Prepare complete drawing of structure as given by the structural designer.

.  Prepare complete drawing of electrical Points. Water supply, Etisalat, Firefighting & Drainage layouts.

.  Prepare all kind of Shop drawings such as Foundation, Block work, Tiling, False

Ceiling, Doors and Windows (Aluminum and Wooden).

. Prepare M.E.P Coordination Drawings under the supervision of M.E.P Coordinators.

. Prepare Road Shop Drawings under the supervision of Road Engineers and Surveyors.

. Online Submission of NOC, s Drawings Building permits and Completions Certificates to the Related Departments
